This was my first kit . Don't be afraid to try this you'll be surprised. This is one excellent flavored brew. I gave 3/4 of this to coworkers and their already asking when they can have more. I drink Sam Adams light and i would drink this over that any day.

Gets better every time Review by rikfxsts

I have made this recipe 3 times. Cold crashing for a few weeks makes a big difference, as does keeping temps in the mid 60's during fermenting. I like to keep a keg of this around at all times. My BMC friends even love this one.

This was also my first batch. Turned out very well. The version you get here actually taste better than the Kolsch you get in Cologne, I know that the "Kölner" don't like to hear that....

I made this beer a while back and it turned out REALLY great. I shared some with my coworkers and they loved it. Only thing I don't like is the smell during primary fermentation.

Everyone who tried this one liked it. Bottle conditioned it and turned out great. The next batch we are going to keg it. A friend of ours who is a Select drinker loved it and offered to pay for the next kit.

This was my first attempt at home brew and it ended up tasting great. I don't know enough about brewing, but I didn't have to with this recipe. The instructions were perfectly written. I'll probably be making it again soon.

Very nice tasting easy drinking beer Review by GW Brew

Product Rating:

Pleasantly surprised with this kit. Very nice smooth tasting beer and great for spring. Primary for 7 days and secondary fermenter for additional 14 days produced a very clear color and smooth light hop taste.

what to do? Review by matt

Product Rating:

I the instructions it has no fermenting temp. I'm told this beer needs to have a colder ferment. This website has it but not the instructions. What to do? I have it now in the secondary. I guess I will go with a cool secondary. Instructions need fermenting temp. so far happy Mbarnes304@yahoo.com
