Bavarian Wheat

Like the traditional Wheat beers of Southern Germany, our Wheat beer is formulated with 65% wheat malt for a unique soft flavor and outstanding head retention. Our ingredients for this recipe include: 6 lb. Wheat liquid malt extract, 8 oz. Carapils specialty grains, 2 oz. Tettnanger pellet hops, yeast, priming sugar and a grain bag.
