Actually, I had fun helping her mix up some hot sauce.
It gave me a chance to use my Ph meter.
I scoffed at the gloves, but you had better use them.
I liked this kit.

I bought this kit for my boyfriend for his birthday this year, and he loves it. The peppers that come with the kit offer enough variety to find flavors you like, but not enough to be overwhelmed. The bottles are perfect for first batches, and we can't wait to make more!

Got this for my roommate for the holidays. He was thrilled! We made a pretty awesome sauce with it! The kit has just about everything you would need to start this hobby right away. The dried peppers and powders make you feel a hot sauce chemist!

This is a fun kit to introduce to the whole family. I had my 8 and 10 year old girls help me with it and they had a lot of fun. The hot sauce tastes good too!

I made a bunch of different hot sauces, some better than others. It's pretty easy, and it's fun. Now I have to buy some more hot peppers because I have run out.

My brother got me this and I'm having a blast. The kit is pretty good because you get enough to make 7-10 different sauces. The video at the top of the product description is just what it's like. I expect to eventually buy a few more peppers and experiment.

It's a fun kit, i have one. You can make a variety of sauces, and it's all self contained. I gave one to my sister and she is enjoying it too.

I was given one of these and have enjoyed making the hot sauces that came with the kit. I had children help me mix some of the sauces so it's a good family gift.
