At Midwest Supplies, we do our best to answer all emails within 1-2 business
days. If you need immediate assistance on the weekend, please call our store
directly (Saturday 10-5, Sunday 11-3) @ 888-449-2739. For any add-ons or
changes to internet orders, please use this online submission form only. Orders
are not processed on the weekend, so changes will be made on the next business
day after which you'll receive an email that your request was received. We do
our best to make all changes as requested, but keep in mind that your order may
be delayed by a full business day.
If you placed your order via PayPal, note that we only ship
to the address you provide on your order form and NOT to the address PayPal has
on file.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and tracking info is generated after
FedEx picks up from our store at 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Tracking
email are automatically sent from FedEx.com to
the email address you provided at checkout, so be sure to double check your
spam folder if you haven't received tracking info after that time.
