Fresh & full of flavor as always!

The fresh full aroma is beautiful!! Does anyone else find themselves smelling their ingredients over & over, lol... This smells so good, makes me want to dump it in a bowl, pour some milk on it & eat it with a spoon! (Look out Euell Gibbons!) I just bottled it last night! (11/2/23) So it's about two months away from actually trying... I call this my Cajun nut brown ale, & condition w/brown sugar, so it will be 3-4 weeks before it fully carbonates, & about another month for things to mellow, & the "Cherry smoked malt" to come out & play! Here's a video I recorded of the final settling stages, just before bottling... I can really see the difference the "Irish Moss from Midwest Supplies" made, for the speed @which it all settles, for a nice clear beer! Especially when combined w/the Midwest "Fermcap-s" which reduced the foaming by at least 95%, to almost none at all!

Pestered about submitting a review

I’m not reviewing the product though I’m sure it was adequate. Just wanted to stop being pestered by repeatedly being emailed by Midwest Suppliers prompting me to submit a review. Sigh!!
