Sparkling sweet mead is a nice alternative to Spumante Mead, is easy to brew and definitely worth the 4 to 12 month wait. Your patience is rewarded with a beverage ranging from 10-15% in alcohol content. Two stage fermentation required. Our ingredients for this recipe include 12 pounds of Clover Honey, priming sugar, Yeast nutrient, and yeast. Makes 5 gallons of mead.
