The Mini Press is a simple to use, table top press. This press is perfect for a cider maker or vintner who is making smaller batches of wine. It can also be used to make cheese. The mini press offers a tilt frame design which makes it easy to load fruit and clean. The stainless steel basket has a diameter of 8.5" and a height of 9.5". By turning the handle the screw will lower onto the press plate, which will provide the pressure to squeeze out the juice. When done all you have to do is spray the press off with water.
