The Painted Motorized Crusher/De-stemmer weighs 110 lbs and has a hopper that is 19" x 34" with a worm style auger. The 1 horsepower motor drives double aluminum rollers that turn grapes in to pulp before pressing. This unit has a 1500 kg per hour production rate. Fruit and grape pulp come out the bottom of the unit while the stems come out the side. Use the Crusher Stand, sold separately, for easy operation. Requires some assembly.

We were able to process 1400 Ls. of grapes with this equipment in less than 2 hrs. time from start to finish. Clean up was very easy with some dismantling of the unit. The chute below the unit required some modification to direct all the juice and grapes into the bucket. That will be a permanent part of the chute for next years grapes. We are very pleased with the operation and efficiency of this unit.

We used this machine for our amature wine making and never upgraded when we went commercial. We crushed 60,000 lbs last year through this little machine and it worked very well. Easy to clean and easy to set up.

Last fall we were able to process 800 pounds of grapes in an hour. In 2 hours we did close to 1500 pounds. Its Safe, easy to use, and easy to clean up.
