These beans make an outstanding coffee. Not the bitter stuff you get from stores, this taste is great, with an awesome aroma. Definitely don't add milk so you can really taste the flavor.

It makes an excellent coffee if roasted and ground properly. I think it tastes best if you roast it just past chocolate color. Be careful not to over roast it, you have to watch closely. It tastes as good as almost any other bean I've purchased from anyone, including local roasters.
