this is a really great white. My wife says "do it again"
I added 3 lbs. dissolved granulated sugar at the start. Let it ferment till it was inactive for 5 min. nice semi-dry.

This Pinot Blanc was a nice smooth flavor profile with subtle citrus undertones. The high acidity gives it a good wine for pairing with seafood.

This was my very first kit. I just bottled it today and on first taste I am so happy with the flavor! I will definitely do it again!

It is a dry wine. The wife and I agree not to buy it again. The quality is good, just not to our liking. You win some, you lose some.
