Polar Ware Stainless Steel Brewing Pot with Sight Gauge - 15 Gallon

I've brewed about 15 batches so far in my kettle. I'm still at 5.5 gallon batches, as I'm waiting on some larger fermenters. But this pot will handle the jump to 10 gallons without issue.
I've had one near boil over, and that was a huge double IPA, and I had the lid on to get it up to boil faster... duh.
I've been cooking all my wort and having zero issues when paying attention. I've got a themometer in the top port and a ball lock valve on the bottom. Transfers are quick and easy.
These are VERY well made. No welds to worry about, all super clean. The handles are thick and strong. Worth the extra money for a kettle that will last longer than you.

I make 10 gallon batches with this, and it comes with the ball valve and dip tube so its a good deal. I use fermcap so I never have boil overs, even with 10 gallons. Its a solid pot, built very well.

This is a good size for 5 gallons because you will never have a boil over, and can scale up. Its well constructed, thick and strong. The ball valve makes it easy to transfer the wort at the end. A nice pot overall.
