Ingredients: 5 lbs. Domestic 2-Row, 4 lbs. Wheat Malt, 8 oz. Carapils, 2 oz. of hops, 4 oz. Raspberry extract, priming sugar, and yeast.

I brewed this kit in April 2011, and it is probably one of the best kits I have brewed for a refreshing summer beer. The extract added the perfect amount of flavor, and I steamed raspberries and blackberries to add to the secondary to add a little color. Everyone that tasted it loved it. Great value as well, and very easy to brew. Brewing a batch again this April!

This kit had a wonderful aroma and flavor from the raspberrys. I'd definitely make this again even though I'm usually not a fan of wheat beers.

I have tried many wheat beers, and they were all too strong on the hops. This one is not. This is a great wheat for people who think they don"t like wheat beers.
