Refrigerator Thermostat Control: Want to brew lagers year round? Hook one of these up to that extra refrigerator and you're all set. This unit has a metal probe that you place inside the refrigerator or freezer. The probe reads the inside temperature, and adjusts to within 3.5 degrees of the temperature you set on the analog dial. Can be set between 30 and 80 degrees F in one degree increments. Many brewers have found old refrigerators in the paper for 20 bucks, or even free. Add this unit and you'll be lagering in no time.
