Price Value Quality I like the end product of the distillers yeast a bit better but I have had some huge misses with it where it didn't produce enough alcohol and you better be ready to wait 2 to 3 weeks for it to finish fermenting, it's a very slow process. This 48 hour turbo yeast is very reliable and produces a consistant percentage every time. I usually give it 4 or 5 days and it's just what I'm looking for minus the extra fusels that it produces. Make sure to watch your heads and tails closely with this but otherwise produces great quality stuff in the "hearts".

Price Value Quality I used a small portion of this to make some hard apple cider and the rest to make a 4 gal. Batch of (Expletive Deleted), Stuff works great!!!!
