Rich German Bock

Our recipe is a traditional rich, malty brown German lager of 6.5+% alcohol by volume that is traditionally brewed in Winter for consumption in spring. Our ingredients for this recipe include: 6 lb. Munich liquid malt extract, 3.3 lb. Gold liquid malt extract, 8 oz. Carapils, 8 oz. Caramel 40L specialty grains, 2 oz. Hallertau, 1 oz. Saaz pellet hops, yeast, priming sugar and a grain bag.
