To convert a Sanke (commercial) keg into a mash tun you need a 1/2" hole drilled toward the bottom of the keg, this Sanke false bottom stainless steel adapter, a sanke false bottom, and a BrewLogic spigot. This piece connects the 3/8" SS tube that comes with the Sanke false bottom to the 1/2" FNPT Bulkhead on the BrewLogic Kits. All stainless construction with the exception of the brass compression piece.
