I use these for dry hopping mostly and it works very well to add something different than most other hop varieties.

Awesome Citrus Hop! Review by Michael

Product Rating:

If you are looking for something to dry hop with or add to an IPA or EPA, you need to try some simcoe. They are heavy on the floral, citrusy flavors but low on the bitterness scale. I love all hoppy beers, especially the bitter ones, and simcoe gives you the hoppy taste without the harsh bitter hop taste that some people don't enjoy. Even though they're a little higher on the price side, they are worth it and you should try it in your next citrus ipa.

Great Hop Review by Adam

Product Rating:

These have often been described as catty and pungent. Because of this I feel they work great in real dank IPAs or Pale Ales. I even used these to success in some stouts.
