I made the all-grain kit as instructed. The beer came out perfect! Nice balance between the malt flavor and the bitterness and the color is an awesome deep ruby red! The aroma really lets you appreciate the Simcoe hop variety. I like these Midwest kits that isolate a single hop - really lets you experience the bitterness and aroma of a single hop unaffected by other varieties in the boil. Recommended!

This is a very good recipe, reminiscent of SMASH brewing. I like Simcoe a lot; this made a very good IPA.
