With a lovibond of 3º (8º Plato) with a yield of 37 ppg, White Sorghum Syrup can accommodate a diverse array of beer styles, providing a clean flavor that allows spice and hop additions to dance across the palate. It ferments well and I reached the expected final gravity.
It's great for people who can't drink beer due to Gluten.
It's fresh without the stale taste that some extracts have.
It does taste somewhat different than Barley so don't go expecting to make Budweiser out of it.
