Buy it...

I got tired of my plastic Racking Canes developing those hairline cracks and the outer or inner liners coming off of them. Even though i never broke one of them... I bought this and i really like it. Everything is stainless, it has more than a 90 deg. bend and is about 130 degrees or so. I love that you can wash it in your dishwasher and even sanitize it in there too with no detergent on high heat settings. Last one i plan to buy.... might even get another just to do it. you won't be sorry you bought it in my mind.

This racking cane works great, in fact I like it more than my auto siphon. Add the tubing and start your transfer. It's simple and works like a charm!

I think this has many advantages over the plastic auto siphon.
Its pretty easy to use.
1. it doesnt crack
2. its more durable - it wont break when attaching the hose
3. it's easier for a clip to hold it in place
4. it can be sanitized better, and there are fewer places for bacteria and mold to hide. You can even use boiling water.
Because its stainless steel don't expose it to Chlorine bleach.

A must have tool for brewing. It is a great value, easy to clean and works great. I also purchased the stainless steel filter that attaches to the bottom of the cane and I couls not be happier with the results!

I have one, but I like the cheap plastic ones better. I know they don't last as long, but with plastic I can see my brew siphon. I hate blind spots.
