These tablets contain no animal products, are gluten free and Non-GMO. Each tablet is scored into 4 segements for ease of use.

Dosage: 1/2 tablet will set 2 gallons of milk in approximately 45 minutes at 86-95F. Ten tablets will set approximately 40 gallons of milk.

Directions: Crush desired portion of tablet and dissolve in 1/4c. cool, non-chlorinated water. Add to milk when specified in recipe. Stir to distribute thoroughly. NEVER keep part of rennet solution for later use. When using store bought milk you may need to add a little more rennet.

Ingredients: Microbial coagulant (Mucur Pussillus and/or Mucur Miehei), Cellulose Microcristaline and Sodium Chloride USP

Storage: Store rennet tablets in the freezer. They will last at least 3 years if stored properly.

I got bored and decided to see if this quick mozerella thing was worth screwing with. Nothing goes better with beers than fried foods. I made the mozerella and cut it up in sticks, breaded it, and threw it in the freezer. Today I broke out the frier. Wow! Took great restraint not to eat all that I made. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than making something myself that tastes better than what I can buy. Alot faster than brewing, love this!

I added half a tablet and just as expected 45 minutes later it was set and ready. This pack is a good deal and good for 20 usages.
