This is a very good book. The author explains in detail in each step of making home made beer from the beging to the end (bottleing your beer). I would recomend this book to the beginer and the already experenced beer makers.

This is a good intro book, and useful to beginner and intermediate brewers.
I prefer John Palmers "How to Brew", but this isn't bad.
Palmers book covers more subjects, in more detail.

A fantastic book that is well organized and an easy read. Snyder breaks everything down simply and explains processes. The book offers numerous recipes from extract being to all grain. Also hasmany reference charts that come in handy for concocting your own recipes. A must have for all homebrewer's!

this is a good book. I didn't find this dull like some of the other books. Each step is broken down and explained well. Lots of recipes, and good visual presentation with the charts.

A good introductory book that's useful to the beginner and intermediate brewers alike. Detailed description of all the steps in brewing. I got a lot out of it when I started brewing.

As a novice/beginner brewer, I find this book to be a great supplement to another book that I have. This book contains more advanced steps and processes, and is not as easy to read and follow. With this said, I think this book is still a necessity for all brewers as a refresher.

If you are new to the hobby this is a good introductory book. The subjects are explained well, without going into too much detail that a newer brewer wouldn't care about. I also suggest redaing "How to Brew" by John Palmer.
