Thermohydrometer

Works easily to tell the specific gravity of your brew. I sanitize mine before using, so I can test right in the fermenter. Comes with chart so you can figure out you final alcohol content.

Worth the extra money over the plain hydrometer. Robust and durable.

I bought this one because I like the fact it had a thermometer built in. It worked great until I dropped it in an empty glass from about 3 inches and the bottom shattered. I'm buying another one and will be more careful with it.

Bought this and the hydrometer works, as does the thermometer, but the thermometer only reads up to 120 F. When I bought it I assumed it at least went up to 212F, so you tell how close you were to boiling, and so you could easily tell when your temp reached 150F to steep grains easily. Other than that great little "thermohydrometer"

The extra length is extremely helpful. scales are easy to read

The scales are easy to read and even comes with a conversion chart to tell you final alcohol content. The ability to tell the temp and gravity in one tool makes it that much easier. Must have!

This piece of equipment worked for me one time. I believe perhaps at some point I could have banged it against the counter or something damaging it. I don't remember doing it, but it isn't working. Snagged another one as the price isn't too crazy. Hope the next one lasts a little longer.

It works and does all it's supposed to do. Easy to read. But it can break if you are note very careful. It's not a toy, handle with care.

I love it, it's easy to read, it's very convenient having the thermometer, all in all a great hydrometer. But in the long run I fear I will break it. You have to be very careful with it, and not plop it into a testing jar.
