Clean hop flavor

Good for both dry hopping and as a flavor addition. I use them with Cascade hops, adding an ounce of each during the last 15 minutes of my IPAs.

Nice hop

Balanced out my wheat very nicely

good for wheat beer

Nice clean hop flavor, good for wheat beers to balance the sweetness. My first time using palisade hops, I will be experimenting with this hop in more batches.

Good aroma and good for dry hopping

Palisade have a nice aroma when used in dry hopping. I put in an ounce 3 days before kegging. I mostly use it in IPAs.

They have a stone fruit flavor that is reminiscent of Apricots

The Palisade hops can be grassy too if you dry hop too long with them. I use Palisade in IPAs and Pale ales for between 0 and 15 minutes.
