Did a simple smash with 2-row and this hop. Came out excellent and as a nice light refreshing beer. Can't go wrong with these hops, you'll get similar result as with Cascades with these.

Product Rating:

This hops was bred in England in 1934, and is not to be confused with the Northern Brewer website. This is a great bittering hops that has been cross bred to create many other varieties of hops.

Product Rating:

I use this in English Ales. The hops have a mint or pine aroma and taste. I dry hopped with them for 3 days and was satisfied with the result.

Product Rating:

The hops, having a higher AAU, can be can be reduced somewhat in created recipes. The bitter characteristic is present yet not overpowering. I had not tried Northernbrewer yet and like what it has to offer for recipe creation.
