Weldless Bulkhead Fitting

high quality SS and O-rings. the washer was very loose fitting on the nipple and almost too large for the coupling the instructions
do not exist and i had to call the very helpful staff at midwest for information. the online information was not clear that you can only attach items to one side

This was very easy to install once I realized that the washer side o-ring wasn't necessary for a great seal. Works perfect now and no leaks once so every.

The O-ring next to the washer seems to interfere with teh seal. When I removed it it worked fine.

I had trouble with the washer being loose and not fitting well on the nipple. After playing around with it I decided that the washer side O ring wasn't really necessary. Now it seals fine.

Installed on a 1/2 bbl keg. It took many times of taking it apart and putting it back together, before i finally got it to not leak. Since my first attempt didn't work, I decided to look at the instructions. Well, the product did not come with instructions so I went to the web site, again no instructions, went to a competitors web site they had the instructions. Not that it helped, but it was a hassle for something that should have come with the product.
My leak issue was the lack of threads for the valve. I did some looking around and found out the nipple was a standard size-someone needs to get the manufacturer to make one slightly longer. I ended up solving my leak by putting a lot of thread tape on the nipple for the valve.

It's easy to install. I followed the advice I read here and I removed the washer side o-ring and have had no problems.

It's made of good quality materials. The washer is loose fitting and I couldn't figure out how to make it sight. Then I tried it without an O ring and it it tight. Good instructions would have helped.
