Whirlfloc Tablets- 10 tablets

I love these tablets for the simple fact that I no longer have to measure out irish moss. I just take 1 tablet and throw it into the brew kettle 15 minutes before i kill the power. No mess, no thought very easy to use. Also if your doing 5 gallon batches like myself one package will last you 10 brews very cost effective.

Of course this is necessary, but i like to use these. I like for me brews to be nice and clear and these actually do a pretty good job. Easy to use, just throw one in the boil when there is 10 minutes left. That's it!

Since I have started using these tabs, I have noticed a major difference in the clarity of my beer. I use a half tablet in 5 gallon boils with 5 or less minutes left. This is such an easy step and can improve the quality of your beer. For only a couple bucks you get 20 boils worth of tablets so it is a great value for a large quality increase.

great for having a great looking beer. much like the clariety enhancers in fish aquariums. except this is for BEER!

After I started using these I saw a dramatic improvement in the clarity of my beer. Well worth the $2. No more cold crashing!

Nice price, easy to use and works well. Just remember, do not add at the beginning of your boil, it will not work... It will dissolve well in the last 5 mins and that's all you need.

I love, love, love whirfloc tablets. They are so easy to use and provide solid results. They are easy to measure (use one tablet) and easy to use (throw in at 15 minutes). They'll do wonders for your cold break.

I haven't noticed a large difference in using whirlflock, but a small difference is observable to me. I'd recommend it since it can only help, even if it is a little help.

Just drop this in your kettle a few min before the end of your boil to help clarify your brew. It is just that easy!

My only issue was remembering, so I started listing it on my recipe with the hop additions.

I like the fact that Whirlfloc is derived from Irish Moss rather than fish bladders, or other material.

I haven't seen much improvement to clarity in the beers that I have added Whirlfloc. I have tried with and without using the same recipe and side by side the cloudy remains uniform. Isinglass and polyclar are far more effective if you want your beer to have that crystal quality of the commercial brews.
