Borosilicate glass with phenolic screw top lid. Slant Tubes are used for yeast culturing. Using an alcohol lamp on the tube will help sterilize the tube and help keep your yeast samples bacteria free. These tubes are also autoclavable. Liquid volume capacity of 25ml.

These slant tubes are cheaply made. There is no white marking spot and the caps have a cheap cardboard lining.

The caps leak on the tubes and they break at the threads just by tightening the cap. These are some of the cheapest slant tubes that I have seen. Save yourself some money and don't buy these.

As far as slants go, these are not worth buying. The caps are cheap, no markings, and can come apart. I was lucky and just got 2.
You don't have to pay more to get good slants, there is a huge online store that sells a good pack of 6.
