Making Wine from Fresh Fruit
This section is designed for the winemaker who is looking to depart from the juice concentrates or the beginning winemaker that wants to try their hand at making a small batch. The Winemaker's Recipe Handbook has over 100 recipes which can all be made using the equipment kit below. The table at the bottom of the page is a quick reference for a handful of fruit wine varieties.

In conjunction with the Winemaker's Recipe Handbook (included as part of the kit), We are offering an equipment and additive kit (#8203) that will allow you to make all of the recipes in the book! Turn your freshly harvested fruit into one gallon of wine. Does not include fruit, water, sugar, corker, corks or bottles. One gallon requires 5 x 750mL bottles or 10 x 375 "splits".

The kit includes:
  • 1.5 primary fermenting bucket (plastic)
  • 1 Gallon Secondary Jug (glass)
  • Siphon Tubing and Racking Cane
  • Rubber Stopper and Airlock
  • Reusable Nylon bag
  • One Step Cleanser
  • The Winemaker's Recipe Handbook
  • 50 Campden Tablets
  • 1 oz Pectic Enzyme
  • 2 oz Acid Blend
  • 2 oz Grape Tannin
  • 2 oz Yeast Nutrient
  • Montrachet Yeast
  • Winemaker's Recipe Handbook

Oregon Fruit Puree's: These fruit purees are geared towards making 3 to 5 gallon batches. You could also use these as a fruit base for the 1 gallon kit listed on this page.
