These Italian grape musts are 100% Organic and DOCG Certified, the designation “DOCG” stands for Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita, the strictest and most prestigious designation of origin and quality for Italian wines.

One bucket of must should yield on average approximately 3.0 to 3.5 gallons of finished wine. This is an approximation and depends on the technique of the wine maker. We recommend transferring the must into a 7.9 gallon fermenter due to the fact that the pails the must ships in is too small for primary fermentation. Frozen Italian Wine Grapes Instructions PDF

Shipping: There is a $30 flat shipping fee for each pail. Each pail of frozen must is shipped in it's own insulated box. All items ordered with the Vino Superiore Italian wine grapes will be shipped separately on the normal shipping schedule. Orders of 12+ pails will be shipped on a pallet at a discounted rate, please call 888-449-2739 to arrange pallet shipments.

In-Store Pick Up: All orders placed by 5:00 pm on Friday will be available at our retail store the following Monday. Your order must be picked up Monday or Tuesday because we do not have an on site freezer. We will refrigerate the pails but the thawing process will begin when we pick them up from the off site freezer facility.
