I have made this wine three times. I will make it again and again. The comments I have received from friends are all very positive. My girlfriend wants to hoard all the bottles. The directions are very easy to understand. We like our wine just a little bit sweet, so we added two ounces per gallon of Midwests wine conditioner and sweetener. You will not be dissapointed with this kit.

Good stuff! Will make it again. Perfect as is and holds up nicely in a wine cooler. Would win hands down in a taste test with Blue Nun.

This was the first white wine I made, and it turned out very good. My wife typically drinks white wines, and also gave it a rave review. It is a very drinkable wine, but I'd recommend waiting at least a month to let it rest a bit. It is just slightly sweet, and I did not find it dry at all.
