This is the best white wine I've ever tasted. I wasn't sure originally how the "white cranberry" would taste, but it is excellent. Smooth wine. This makes me a fan of white wines!!!

This is our 3rd wine we've made from the Island Mist series and my favorite so far. We have also made the Pom Zin, which was pretty good and the Apple Riesling, which was just OK. We added extra corn sugar to up the alcohol and kegged the wine to make it slightly sparkling. Everyone loves it and I'm surprised how quickly we've gone through 6 gallons of wine.

WOW!! I didn't think I could make any kind of wine, but it was easy. The kit has great instructions. This was my first try, and the wine tastes great! Thanks. White Cranberry will be on our list of best wines.(Posted on 8/19/10)

I have done around 10 Island Mist kits and are very popular with friends, but this kit has been the most popular, my only regret is that i didn't buy 2 kits , first 30 bottles were gone in a week, probably WE best IM kit.

I have made this kit several times and it has always been a hit. The girls call it a "tweener" wine, not to dry, not to sweet, but in between and easy to enjoy.

We made this for our first kit after taking a class from a local homebrew shop. Super easy to make, very smooth and tasty, comes out crystal clear. Made it for the holidays and gave a bunch away for christmas - everyone asked for more! Great kit.
The alcohol content comes out pretty low with these Island Mist kits, so you may want to pitch a little corn sugar when you start it if you like it a little stronger. No other complaints.
