A blend of diammonium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, yeast hulls and vitamin B complex. Use a 1/2 teaspoon per gallon in wine to stimulate fermentation. Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon in beer to revive a slow or stuck fermentation. Yeast energizer also works well in meads and honey brews to help create a complete fermentation.

Ever have yeast conk out? This helps them restart and go a little further. I had a 1.052 beer stop at 1.021 and after I gave them this, it got down to 1.017.

Some of my beers stop short and are too sweet and malty. This helps the yeast squeeze a few more points out and has twice saved beers for me.

I use it to add nitrogen, adding in a teaspoon at the start of fermentation.
It helps speed up fermentation because the yeast have all their nutrients. I get much better and faster attenuation.

I've had beers that stop fermenting 5 points short of final gravity. When I add in the energizer they pick it up and a week later I reach the final gravity.

I keep it in reserve in case I have a stuck fermentation. I add it and sometimes it helps a little lowering the gravity several points. I'll take any help I can get in a bad situation.
