4.8 / 5.09 ReviewsHave in reserveI have 200+ swing top bottles, mostly Grolsh, but also a variety form Midwest. Once when I was cleaning I did manage to lose a top, so I got this to replace the missing one, and have the others in reserve._x000D_They are identical to the swing tops that come with the other bottles. They seem solid and should hold up to repeated use.January 16, 2013These are the same as the ones on the 16 ounce bottlesThese have the good neoprene seals that last a long time, not the harder less expensive rubber ones. They snap on easily enough to the bottle, just have to be careful since the bottle is glass. They make a good seal, I've not had a problem with any leaks.January 23, 2013back up topsI have a collection of swing tops and these are a good replacement in case anything happens to the tops when I remove them to clean them.October 26, 2013Great backupsAfter a few too many uses, washes, and the like, the original ceramic swing tops on our quart-size growlers were hatched. We picked these up, honestly not expecting much because of the plastic (v. the original ceramic), and we're pleasantly surprised! Much cheaper than replacing the entire glass bottle and worked like a charm. We now have more for the next time we need to replace!November 22, 2013Same materialUnlike the pack of replacement gaskets that are just cut rubber, these are the same material as teh originals. They seal well, and look better.December 21, 2013Better than the rubber gsketsIt fits the swing top bottles and this material (is it neoprene?) lasts longer than the rubber gaskets that are sold in bulk packs. It holds the seal pretty well, although occasionally I'll have a bottle leak CO2.January 14, 2014Better than the cheap rubber onesThis material is much better than the crudely cut rubber gaskets (that are also much cheaper). I replace the gaskets every so often if a bottles loses pressure.February 28, 2014Good for what it isI like these style caps however these are the plastic version. While they seem to work fine i wish they still sold the ceramic version. Just like the originals these replaced star san eats the finish on the metal and they corrode after only a few dips.February 19, 2013BackupsI remove the tops when I clean the bottles. Over the course of a year I've managed to lose a couple so I bought a bag of replacements that should last me years. They are the same good quality.April 2, 2013

The swing tops will only work with the EZ Cap bottles. Will these EZ cap swing tops fit the 750 ml Cobalt Blue Glass Claret/Bordeaux Bottles?BEST ANSWER: Hello,
Thank you for choosing Midwest Supplies! The swing top caps will not fit those bottles. A swing top cap only works on a swing top bottle as the swing top bottles are molded with points of attachment for the hinge/locking mechanism that make the swing tops work. The closest thing the bottles that you are interested in that have the swing tops would be the EZ cap antique green wine bottles http://www.midwestsupplies.com/antique-green-e-z-cap-wine-bottles-750ml.html I hope that this helps!
