Its a more well rounded acidity, and will improve certain wines.March 3, 2014Easy to useIts a good blend, and easy enough to measure. I don't add it all at ounce, I add, and taste and repeat until its just right. _x000D_If I had to measure fractions of a gram of three acids myself it would be a pain in the neck and I doubt I'd be accurate enough.December 21, 2013Mead and Melomel additionI add the acid at bottling time. Depending on whats in the Mead I vary the amount I use. I take 4 ounces and a scientific scale and measure out powder in Centigrams and mix it in till I'm satisfied with the taste. Start small with a sample, then scale up. Don't be afraid to under use the acid.
