It does exactly what it advertises._x000D__x000D_I follow the directions exactly, with the exception of not using an airlock. I use one because i'm in a very high dust, very dirty environment and I don't want my mash getting contaminated. it works just fine with an airlockAugust 12, 2012great yeastWorked better than advertised. 1 year agoBest resultsThis yeast was amazing, mash worked for almost 3 weeks and resulted in 20% yield. Used 24 hour yeast on another batch and wasn't happy with the result, only got about 8% from this batch. Only got about a quart of alcohol from 5 gals. of mashJune 1, 2017Purchased
11 months agoready in 5 daysI like the end product of the distillers yeast a bit better but I have had some huge misses with it where it didn't produce enough alcohol and you better be ready to wait 2 to 3 weeks for it to finish fermenting, it's a very slow process. This 48 hour turbo yeast is very reliable and produces a consistant percentage every time. I usually give it 4 or 5 days and it's just what I'm looking for minus the extra fusels that it produces. Make sure to watch your heads and tails closely with this but otherwise produces great quality stuff in the "hearts".April 17, 2012Very SatisfiedDoes exactly what it is states! The explosion was epic.June 28, 2011Works as advertisedMade a great deal of alcohol in very little time. Strong and fast fermentation time.December 11, 2012

If you do not have above information could you advise me who would?
Also does it contain anything from grain?BEST ANSWER: Hi Victor,
Our supplier for these products typically highlight if products are certified Kosher. Since they do not mention it in their description of any of these products, I'm concluding that they are not certified Kosher. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
