First Time Brewing
After tasting this beer I am hooked on homebrewing and the Amarillo Hop. The hops are in perfect balance to the sweet undertones of the malt. Flavor is very close to an IPA, I enjoyed this with some Indian food and it was a perfect match to spice and heat of the food. This beer will always be in my collection! Great Job Midwest putting this one together!!

A new dawn...
This AWESOME brew may have been the one that turned me to the hops side. I almost re-ordered it immediately, but decided to order others that may deliver hops just as fine (Hop Cult & Jawbreaker) while giving me alternate flavors._x000D_However, Amarillo will be brewed again within the year.

Big Taste
This is about my 10th kit. I make notes each time and have begun tweaking so for this one I used the White Labs and added 1/2oz of Cascade Hops with the Amarillo hops and than dry hopped 1oz of Simcoe in 2nd stage.I like really big taste and big bouquet and this was the bomb. _x000D_

Excellent beer
This was my first brew, very easy and very forgiving. I enjoyed drinking this brew as much as I did making it. Myself and everyone else who I gave a bottle to loved it, and I will be brewing this again later on down the road. Almost taste like a Yuengling and Sam Adams combined, but better. :)

Exactly what it says
This was my 5th brew kit, came out great. It tastes exactly how they said it does and it smells wonderful. Flowery, citrusy and hoppy. I tried it because the hops were unique from the northwest. Came out in a nice copper color and great carbonation, after my 10 days in primary, 10 days in secondary and 2 weeks in the bottle getting ready. Bottled in 22 oz bottles, so I finished two the night they were ready to drink. Can't wait to share them out for feedback. You pour this in a glass and it looks like it came fresh from the tap!

Gotta Try
I Brewed this 2 months ago, and it came out wonderful, the only thing I did different was added 1 extra ounce of amarillo with 10 minutes left and dry hopped 1 ounce for 1 week. Strong, citrusy amarillo taste, which is what I love. This is a great kit.

For anyone that likes a clean, citrusy American Pale Ale, this is a must try beer!
A shockingly good Pale Ale that has become a favorite. I had never used the Amarillo hop before and the result was something this C-hop lover really liked. In fact, this brew was so good that a non-brewing friend decided to take up the hobby and made this as his first batch. I?ve used Safale dry yeast the White Labs with little discernable difference, really?get the dry yeast and pitch from a 1000+ml starter. For anyone that likes a clean, citrusy American Pale Ale, this is a must try beer!

worthy brew
Like all of MW kits I have to modify them to suit my tastes, after brewing once the following changes make up an exceptional beer. Added 3/4 corn sugar after initial boil, used "Safale US-05 (11.5 grams)" resulting in cleaner crisper flavor, dry hopped in the secondary 1oz amarillo hops for 1.5 weeks.

On my short list
Followed directions exactly. Just tried my first bottle and it was great. I will definitely remember this kit for my next batch.
