Product Details

From the little-known Lutheran monasteries of northern Minnesota comes this artisanal Abbey beer. Pale, self-effacing, and easy to get along with, this Belgian-style blonde ale features the same generous malt profile and spicy yeast character of stronger Dubbels and Tripels, but its more modest gravity means you can enjoy a couple and remain upright and hard-working past Compline.

If you enjoyed Blonde Ale, you'll love this kit!

Lefse

This is a good Belgium beer that is smooth and strong. Not a exact clone of Leffe but still very good.

Light base

My first 'light' beer. Good for a base to add any flavors to. Tangy notes on the tongue. Pleasant.

Problems with order

Started off I couldn't order the dry yeast. I had to go with the liquid. In shipping the yeast had gotten activated. Your support system that I never talked to a real person is not my favorite.

Good Blond

Solid malty , decent flavor, aroma light, and minimal hop. There was not much complexity, I was expecting more nuances- some fruity esters.
