From EVO 2 and Plastic to first-generation glass and even the Little Big Mouth Bubbler®, ribbed silicone rings ensure a completely air-tight seal. Better yet, the port is perfectly sized for all your standard homebrew tools, from a universal carboy bung and standard blowoff hose to a testing thief and auto-siphon.
Easy to clean, just pop it in the top rack of your dishwasher and run it through a standard cycle. You can also use your standard homebrew cleaners and sanitizers.
Available in single- and dual-port configurations. Dual-port gives you the ability to constantly monitor temperature through one port while allowing CO2 to escape through the second port.

1 year agoLid pops out :(While I read that this lid needs to be put on dry to work. I feel uneasy doing so since I sanitize and don't rinse. I have to end up getting creative and use the carrying straps to help hold the lid in place.February 2, 2017Purchased
1 year agoDual port lidThis is wonderful. I use the air-lock in one, and my temperature probe in the other. Allows me to stir, take readings, etc. all without removing the temperature probe.
Great idea.January 6, 2017Purchased
1 year agoThe lid lifts upYou better make sure you're fermenting at the slowest possible rate, else this thing will just lift out of the fermenter. At least that's what happens with my plastic Big Mouth Bubblers. Waste of money.January 10, 2016Pressure Lifts LidI bought two of these for my 2 BMB plastic fermenters. They're an improvement over the default lid, because they actually seal! That is, until you actually start fermenting something in there, as the CO2 pressure causes the lid to lift out of the BMB. I had to tape it down with duct tape, far from ideal.I think I'm done investing in hacks to get the BMB to seal as it's supposed to. Time to shop around.December 31, 2015
