DetailsNever resting, Blichmann's team of beer Engineers and avid homebrewers just reinvented what a burner should be. Efficient, fast, and versatile. That new burner is appropriately named HellFire™!
This dual mode capability burner is unlike anything else on the market and is sure to satisfy all your heating needs. No wonder it is patent pending! The custom made burner is tuned to operate in high efficiency mode, and also in a second high power mode. In the high power mode, you'll be amazed with 140,000BTU/hr output for blazing fast heating - double the power of our previous burner. Waiting for a boil is now a thing of the past. In the high efficiency mode, you'll get 80,000 BTU/hr and superb heat transfer to the wort and whisper quiet operation. Plenty of power to keep a rolling boil on a 20 gal batch of beer. Even our efficiency mode has significantly more power than the competition! To top off all that power we include a patent pending heat shield to keep that massive power off your valve and thermometer and direct it to your wort.
The HellFire™ stand burner bolts right up to our TopTier™ Modular Brewing Stand.

5.0 / 5.01 ReviewPleased enough to buy twoThis burner puts out heat, unlike my old turkey fryer burner. Stepping up to this product has cut down hours on my brew day. Enough to start making two batches in one day with out hesitation. I bought a second so I can start making a cascading half barrel brew system. One for my hot liquor tank and one to fire my kettle.November 27, 2017Purchased

Browse 2 questions Browse 2 questions and 4 answersIs there a natural gas conversion for the Hellfire?Blichmann HellFire™ Floor BurnerBEST ANSWER: It's the same as the one for the regular Blichmann burner. They sell just the natural gas orifice but also make a "Natural Gas Conversion Kit" for the floor standing burner. You only need the orifice if you have you're putting the burner on a top tier stand since you will be purchasing the "Top Tier Burner" instead of the "Floor Mount" model since the Top Tier already comes with the needle valve. I hope this makes sense... I don't see either on Midwest's website but I'm sure they can get them. How high off of the ground will the kettle be, both with and without the extension legs, also how much weight or gallons will it hold both with and without the legs?BEST ANSWER: I can not speak to the extension legs, I had no need of them and did not order them. The stoutness of the burner is quite sound. I had my 15 gallon brew pot on it and did not question for a moment if it would hold it. I will be testing a 30 gallon pot in mid December but I doubt it will have any problems. As for Height of pot on burner, you will need to know the height of your pot and add about 16 inches. It was comfortable working in my brew pot without crouching, I am 5'8". Your mileage may very but I am absolutely pleased with this product. So much so that I now own two.
