When using force carbonation, you can carbonate a beer in 15minutes, but there is a draw back. When you carbonate a beer this way, the CO2 never really infusesitself into the beer. You will get 1 or 2 days where the carbonation will be pretty good, but somewherearound the 3rd day, your beer will start going flat. So, if you are in a pinch, and need to have your beerready for the party, follow the directions below. But, we did warn you that if you don’t finish the keg,plan on force carbonating the beer the traditional way to get proper carbonation.
This is very simple to do, it takes very little time, and you end up with a relatively well carbonated beer.Is it going to be perfect? No, but it should be close enough.
