Clean and refreshing, this crisp wheat beer is a great beer to drink any time of year. Brewed in true American style, it is well-balanced, smooth and not hoppy or bitter. In fact, it’s free from any German-styled bubblegum and clove flavors and aroma.

4.8 / 5.085 ReviewsOne of my favorites!I've brewed this kit before, but this time I added an ounce of citra pellet hops for the last 10 minutes of the boil and WOAH! The final product is superb!April 14, 2013Great first-time brewThis was the first beer that I brewed and I was happy with the result! It turned out to be a darker beer than I had anticipated, and my wife thought it was a tad bitter. However, everyone who tried it asked for more. Good spring beer. It's great for first-time brewers.April 21, 2013Easy Drinking WheatI was really impressed with this recipe. I'm not a fan of the fruity flavors you get with most hefeweizens, so I gave the American styled Boundary Waters Wheat a try. _x000D__x000D_After two weeks in primary, no secondary, and dispensed from a keg, I am very pleased. Crisp and refreshing, a great summer time brew. _x000D__x000D_I have one in the keg now and just received another kit to brew a followup batch.April 23, 2013A real crowd-pleaserA nice, smooth, flavorful summer beer. Brews easy, drinks easy, nice color. This is a summer standby around our house. A refreshing, simple beer that just works.May 14, 2013boundry watersThis is a good beer. The carapils helps give it a good foamy head. The flavor is well balanced with the hops, and the time from brew to bottle isnt too bad. This is a great summer time beer.May 23, 2013great summer beerThis was the first beer I brewed and it turned out great. All of my friends loved it, even the non beer drinkers. I make it every summer now!June 10, 2013The best wheat kit for usWe've tried many of the Midwest wheat offerings and the whole family likes this one the best. It's not too dark-roasted (Deep Dark Wheat) and not too bland (Hank's Hefeweizen) and not too acidic (Lemon Coriander). The Caravienne grains add great body and the hop mix is just right. Now ordering our third batch, this one's in the regular rotation.June 22, 2013Pretty goodI brewed this about 5 weeks ago. I added some orange peel when I transfered it to the secondary. Over all it's a pretty good beer, not going to blow you away but certainly won't offend anyone who like to drink beer either. That being said it has only bottle conditioned for about 2 weeks and I anticipate it getting better after a couple more.June 25, 2013March 20, 2016SurprisingNot sure why I didn't have high expectation for this, but I'm sure glad I got it. Real nice, almost creamy drinker. Used it for my first kegging experience, and it turned out great.July 1, 2013
