Effortlessly brew better beer with the world’s first small batch conical fermenter! The BrewDemon 3 Gallon Conical Fermenter is great for fermenting 2 to 2.5 gallon batches of beer, wine, mead, or cider.
The fermentor is made from heat tolerant and food grade PVC (Phthalate and BPA free) and ensures you receive the true flavors of your brew without the unwanted flavors. The included stick-on temperature strip makes certain that the temperature is correct and you’re in control of the fermentation! And the best part is, the functional design keeps that pesky trub firmly at that bottom so you can easily transfer your beer into your bottles right from the fermentor!
Slip on the BrewDemon Neoprene Sleeve and regulate the temperature of your wort during the winter months. Or place BrewDemon Chillz™ Ice Wraps with the sleeve to maintain the temperature during the hot summer months.
And when your lids start to wear, replace them with the BrewDemon Gasket Lids for an air-tight seal.

2 months agoI will be buying another BD 3 Gallon.Easy to assemble and clean. Ran my first batch and it was everything I had been looking for. I did install a bung and a blowoff tube and used a couple of lids from gallon jugs positioned under the from two legs to place it on a small angle so the trub would be farther from the fill spout. This worked great as I only pulled a very small amount of beer before it ran clear of trub. Bottled direct from my BD and clean up was easy as the large opening is great for reaching all surfaces for cleaning. I will be buying a second for sure as space is an issue and I like not having to use a racking cane.October 21, 2018Purchased
1 month agoVery good valueVery efficient and convenient to use. I did drill a hole into the bottom of the cone and added a rubber plug to make ejecting trub a lot easier. Will probably buy another one for larger batches. This product is represents a very good value.June 25, 2018Purchased
6 months agoAlways perfectI've been using this for over 2 years now to brew hard cider and have never had a problem. The only thing you'll have to do is get some gasket material and cut yourself a gasket for the lid (it's not airtight). The way it's designed, you actually don't even need the gasket or an airlock--this little red plastic plug comes with it that fits inside the airlock hole and it'll raise up when the pressure gets too much, let the excess CO2 out, and then fall back down but I don't trust it to keep out the bugs so I use the gasket and airlock. I get exactly 15 - 740ML plastic bottles out of one batch and I fill it almost to the top. Little trick--put the front legs on 4 quarters and you'll be able to get another 8 oz. of apple juice in there leaving just enough airspace for the bung on the airlock not to come in contact with the brew.
I use slightly less than 3 gallons plus 2# of sugar dissolved in apple juice. At bottling time, I add 1 can of apple juice concentrate, and give it a stir. The carbonation level and clarity of the cider is perfect after 2 weeks of aging.
It looks good enough to keep it on the kitchen counter and going all the time. Once you get a system going, you'll be bottling every 2-3 weeks and never run out.May 9, 2018
