DetailsVery malty, low sulfur-producing yeast from a brewery in the Czech Republic. Nice malty nose, subtle fruit. Rich malt profile on palate. Finishes malty but dry, well balanced, crisp. Hop character comes through in finish. Flocculates at a warmer temperature (37 F) than many lager yeasts, which allows the brewer to more easily leave residual sweetness in the beer. 4.25 oz package.
