Free Shipping on Orders Over $125

Wonderfully complex flavors of currants, blackberry and chocolate burst from this crowd-pleasing wine.

Master Vintner® Cabernet Sauvignon makes one gallon of medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins, featuring savory notes of dark, dried fruit behind aromas of ripe plum and vanilla.

Master Vintner® Cabernet Sauvignon gains depth and complexity with oak aging (not included), developing an aroma of peppery-spice that melts into flavors of smoked cedar, coffee and tobacco.

Yield: 1 Gallon (approximately 5 wine bottles)

Great tasting bottle of wine
The wife and I really enjoyed this wine. Very comparable to 10-15 dollar bottles of wine.

Kit came with easy to follow instructions. Too early in the process to know if the wine itself will be good.

if the juice packet is opened can you still store it? or once opened it has to be used or tossed out?
A shopper on May 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would try to use it immediately. The risk of infection is high once its open.
How long and in which conditions can I keep the juice before starting the wine making process?
A shopper on Apr 5, 2019
BEST ANSWER: i didnt start the wine making process until 2 months later kept it in the house in a cool place. another time i didnt get the chance to make the wine for 2 month but i left kit where it got warm [ i live in fl] and the stuff you add to it was dried out
Instructions do not mention what to do or when to add the Bentonite. As this is included in the kit one would assume that it would also be in the instructions. When do you add the Bentonite? Does it need to be premixed with water before adding? If so how much water?
W M on Jan 2, 2016

The bentonite goes in first:

Add about two cups of warm water to the fermentor and sprinkle and

dissolve packet A (Bentonite) into it.

Hope that helps!
