The deep apple and grapefruit bouquet will entice you. Apples and citrus notes follow through to the palate and linger with a dry finish.

As always, a great white wine. Good with anything!
This was an easy kit to make. It cleared nicely. This is the 3rd Cru International Italian Pinot Grigio kit I have made in the last 4 years. All have been excellent.
Now that the wine is in the bottle I can provide a review. I am almost exclusively a red wine drinker but found a Cold Pinot Grigio a nice change when the weather is hot. My first batch, a winemakers Pinot reserve, was completed 10/19 after the hot weather was over. It was quite good, and was disappearing from my wine rack as summer 2020 moved along.
I found this batch easy to make and ready to drink when bottled, unlike reds which need time in the bottle to age 6 months or more. I use a vacuum pump to degas as well as stirring. There was very little gas. The wine cleared very quickly - 24 hours - going from a slightly murky yellow to a beautiful golden clear wine. I left it to continue to clear as directed for 2 or 3 weeks. Degassing at the start of step 2 was easy as there was very little gas. I also use a vacuum pump to degas which was pretty much unneeded. Sediment was pretty well packed on the bottom and easy to keep away from the siphon tube. I used a filter pump because I have one, using only #2 filters since it was already so clear.
Started the batch on 6/17 and bottled on 8/7.
Great kit and great results. Just follow the directions and sterilize as you proceed.
Wear your mask and be careful out there!
