Product Details

Dripping with vivid flavors, this clone recipe is the beer equivalent of visiting your local fruit stand. Flavors and aromas of grapefruit, melon, berries, lime and passionfruit drizzle into a faint herbal, piney background.

Fresh Squished's sturdy malt foundation of sweet crystal malts and toasty munich concedes to this indulgent use of Citra and Mosaic hops to achieve remarkable balance. Pale copper in color, Fresh Squished is overlaid by a fluffy, rich beige foam cap, allowing the juicy aromas to ooze out of this Pacific Northwest inspired clone.

Fantastic For an IPA

I got over IPA's years ago because variety is what I'm looking and IPA's tend to taste like I'm chewing on a pine cone to me. That pine flavor is what most beer drinkers call "hoppy".
That said, the pine flavor in Fresh Squished is subtle enough to let the Citra flavor shine, which I like. I find citrusy beers lend themselves to being shandy-ified (yes, it's a real word - that I just now made up) very easily.
THAT said, I found a very interesting mix of Fresh Squished IPA and my wife's home-made Arnold Palmer that led to a wonderful peach flavor.

Top IPA

I have brewed this IPA three times. It is outstanding! Go get you some!

Great IPA

The hop flavors in this brew are substantial enough for die hard IPA lovers yet mellow enough for those sitting on the fence.
