I have used this Port kit several times, the key is time. After fermintation, I rest the port in the carboy for 90days, Clarifying at least twiceand also adding heavy toast American oak. I then bottle and let the port btl age for 3yrs

This kit is my favorite. Can’t keep this wine in the house, everyone loves it!
