This wine is so good! i made this wine, racked for a month then bottled it. It tasted great after a month. I am not a big wine drinker but this wine I am drinking. It is smooth, rich, and has a special; favor. So good I had to make another batch as I am down to 6 bottles left after only 2 months. I am waiting to see what it tastes like at 6 months and a year if there is any left

It arrived in time and the Primary fermentation went easily. It is clearing now although I may not have spent enough time degassing it or its color is so deep red that I can’t see through it. Not even a flashlight shines through. I will give it more time. I do think it will taste good though.

I let this wine age for three weeks in the carboy after the 30 day mark before bottling today. It tasted great but I plan to age it another month before sharing with family and friends. This is the third time I have made this Spainish
Tempranillo in the last four years and will definitely make it again.

Traded out the kit yeast with my go to……..as I normally do.

5 months in the bottle and finally had to try it.
Outstanding. Hard to believe it might even get better. I’ll let you know at month 10 …….if it’s still around. Nice enjoyable wine. You won’t be disappointed with your purchase.
