I thought I was ordering a dark Pinot Noir, not a blush. I have made Pinot Noir kits for 10 years and this is not what I expected.

This is the 3rd rose' kit I've made from this supplier over the past two years. Previous 2 were quite good, better than anything I could gave bought at the store for under $20. Great summer-time wine. I added a pound of gold raisins to the fermentation for my first two batches and was quite pleased with the result - albeit a slightly sweeter but smooth, fruity finish. For my third batch, I did not add the raisins. Will see how that differs. Like how these kits are 14L, and can drink right away. I've had some in bottle for up to 1 year and they were still as good as the first few months.

Simple kit, nice light flavors, it will be a good summer wine

I have NOT made the wine yet - and even if I HAD STARTED IT I WOULDN’T KNOW HOW IT TASTES YET! Please stop sending me these, given my last two experiences of asking me before I am even finished with the wine - I will not fill this out every again.

I have made this wine kit four times. I let it age 1-2 years before drinking. It is a very refreshing rose wine. It is fruity, yet not sweet. One to two years of aging lets it mellow out. Very pleasing wine to drink any time, but I love it in the summer. Even over ice!
